Our Story
Our food truck started as a passion project between two friends who wanted to share their love of food with the community. We started small, cooking up dishes in our home kitchens and selling them at local fairs and festivals. As our popularity grew, we decided to take the leap and start our own food truck business.
Our menu is inspired by our traditions and watching our mothers and grandmothers cook traditional Italian and Spanish dishes. Growing up in Argentina, I learned the art of grilling on an open fire pit. Our dishes are made the old fashioned way with quality fresh products. We offer a wide variety of dishes that are sure to satisfy any craving.
